农业绿色发展水平及障碍因子研究——以湖北省为例

摘　　要：农业绿色发展已成为时代任务,为促进湖北省农业绿色发展水平的提高,构建湖北省农业绿色发展水平评价体系,并分析湖北省农业绿色发展的水平与制约因素。借助熵值法、障碍因子测度模型,测算出2012—2021年湖北省农业绿色发展水平,使用障碍因子诊断模型分析影响农业绿色发展的因素。研究证明,2012—2021年湖北省农业绿色发展水平总体呈现上升趋势,目前湖北省农业绿色发展水平提升主要受制于资源节约和环境友好。为进一步提高湖北省农业绿色发展水平,促进各地农业绿色协调发展,应立足地区农业发展的条件,制定相对应的发展政策,强化制度保障,促进农业绿色高质量发展。The green development of agriculture has become the task of the time.In order to promote the improvement of the green development level of agriculture in Hubei province,the evaluation system of the green development level of agriculture in Hubei province was constructed,and the index system of the green development level of agriculture in Hubei province was constructed by means of the entropy method.The obstacle factor measurement model was used to estimate the agricultural green development level of Hubei Province from 2012 to 2021,and the obstacle factor diagnosis model was used to analyze the factors affecting the agricultural green development.The results showed that,the agricultural green development level of Hubei Province was on the rise from 2012 to 2021.At present,the promotion of the agricultural green development level of Hubei Province was mainly restricted by resource saving and environmental friendliness.In order to further improve the level of green agricultural development in Hubei Province and promote the coordinated development of green agriculture in different regions,it is necessary to formulate corresponding development policies based on the conditions of regional agricultural development,strengthen the system guarantee,and promote the green and high-quality development of agriculture.
