摘 要:采用基于正弦激励的方法校准压电式力传感器,首先通过试验研究了传感器端部等效质量引入的惯性力对灵敏度标定的影响,进而建立传感器受力数学模型,推导计算传感器端部等效质量,考虑端部质量的影响后,实现了灵敏度数值的稳定和统一性。最后把传感器和质量块同时安装在振动台上,通过白噪声激励,确定系统的频响特性,分析了传感器有效使用频率的范围随其安装谐振频率的变化,及压电式力传感器精度等级受系统固有频率的影响程度。The piezoelectric force sensor was calibrated based on the sinusoidal excitation method.First,the important influence of the inertial force introduced by the equivalent mass of the sensor end on the sensitivity calibration was studied through experiments,and then the mathematical model of the sensor force was established.The equivalent mass of the sensor end was derived and calculated.After considering the influence of the end mass,the stability and unity of the sensitivity value were achieved.Finally,the sensor and mass block were installed on the vibration table at the same time.The frequency response characteristics of the system were determined by white noise excitation.The change of the effective frequency range of the sensor with its installation resonant frequency was analyzed,and the degree of influence of the system natural frequency on the accuracy level of the piezoelectric sensor was analyzed.
