金融支持乡村振兴战略的地方性探索——以四川省绵阳市三台县为例

摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略,是新发展阶段优先支持“三农”工作的重大战略部署,对推动乡村地区高质量发展具有重要作用。金融是农村经济发展的血脉,是实施乡村振兴战略的重要资源,只有优化融资模式、保持资金的持续投入,乡村振兴目标才能更好地实现。本文对乡村振兴战略实施背景、金融在乡村振兴中的支撑作用进行阐述,对绵阳市三台县金融支持乡村振兴的现状及不足进行剖析,并提出了乡村振兴资金优化配置策略,力图破解制约乡村振兴的核心问题。The implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization is a major strategic plan to prioritize support for agriculture,rural areas,and farmers in the new development stage,and plays an important role in promoting high-quality development in rural areas.Finance is the foundation of rural economic development and an important resource for the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.Only by optimizing the fi nancing models and maintaining the continuous investment of capital can the goal of rural revitalization be better realized.This paper elaborates on the background of the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization and the supporting role of finance in rural revitalization,analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of fi nancial support for rural revitalization in Santai County,Mianyang City,and proposes strategies for optimizing the allocation of rural revitalization funds in an attempt to solve the problems which restrict the development of rural revitalization.
