摘 要:商业银行经营和管理的最终目的就是价值创造。当前,银行价值创造能力存在诸多挑战。本文从零售与对公两大条线估值重构切入,探索银行价值创造能力的提升路径。研究表明:零售条线要充分利用开放银行与流量获客,发挥大财富管理的撬动作用,提高客户的价值贡献度,同时做好高收益资产的组合管理;对公条线要深度融入产业,聚焦供应链生态升级交易银行,通过“商行+投行”创新银企合作模式,为客户提供综合性金融服务,从而获得可观的综合回报。The ultimate goal of commercial bank operation and management is value creation.Currently,there are many challenges to the value-creation capability of banks.This paper explores the paths to enhance the value creation capability of banks by reorganizing the valuation of retail and the public.The study shows that retail should make full use of open banking and fl ow to acquire customers,play a leveraging role of large wealth management,improve the value contribution of customers,and at the same time do a good job of portfolio management of high-yield assets;the public should deeply integrate into the industry,focus on the supply chain ecology to upgrade transaction banking,and innovate the bank-enterprise cooperation model through“merchant banking+investment banking”to provide comprehensive fi nancial services to customers to obtain considerable comprehensive returns.
