数字经济背景下成渝经济带区域经济一体化发展策略研究

摘　　要：四川省与重庆市在地理位置、区域气候、人文环境等方面比较接近,为成渝地区双城经济圈构建与发展奠定了文化基础。自古以来,“川渝一家亲”道出了这句话,类似的生存环境及人文风俗让成渝两地在合作中拥有了更多物质及文化上的身份,拥有了更加强烈的归属感及凝聚力,这一文化习俗上的相融对成渝双城经济带区域经济一体化发展十分有利。本文以“互联网+”数字经济为背景,通过明确成渝经济带目前在区域经济一体化发展方面的战略指向与实际存在的问题进行分析,从而提出具备针对性且符合“互联网+”数字经济时代发展要求的成渝经济带区域经济一体化发展策略,为促进该地区经济水平的提升提供理论性参考依据。The geographical location,regional climate and human environment of Sichuan Province and Chongqing City are close to each other,laying a cultural foundation for the establishment and development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.Since ancient times,the saying that“Sichuan and Chongqing are families”tells the truth,and the similar living environment and humanistic customs have given Chengdu and Chongqing more physical and cultural identities and people in the two regions have a stronger sense of belonging and cohesion in the cooperation.This integration of cultural practices is very benefi cial to the development of the regional economic integration of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.Based on the background of the“Internet+”digital economy,this paper analyses the current strategic directions of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Belt in terms of integrated regional economic development and the actual problems that exist,to propose targeted development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Belt in line with the requirements of the“Internet+”digital economy.This will provide a theoretical reference for the promotion of the economic level of the region.
