摘　　要：随着医学科学技术的发展,医用耗材新产品、新技术层出不穷,医用耗材使用量逐年攀升,对医疗安全的影响越来越大。医用耗材覆盖面广,在医院收入与成本中占比高,在患者费用总量中占比大,已成为医院医疗费用控制成本监管的重点。随着对医用耗材的准入、采购和使用监管要求越来越高,患者的维权意识越来越强,廉政建设的要求越来越凸显,严谨、规范的医用耗材管理需要配套的信息化系统的支撑,对医院现有的物资管理信息系统的改造己刻不容缓。本文拟就南宁市第一人民医院在构建医用耗材供给-处理-配送(supply-processing-distribution,SPD)供应链管理平台过程中所面临的问题和运营的效果进行阐述分析,为新时代开展医疗机构医用耗材的管理提供一种新的参考模式。With the development of medical science and technology,new products and technologies of medical consumables are emerging,and the use of medical consumables is rising year by year,which has more and more influence on medical safety.Medical consumables cover a wide range,in the hospital revenue and cost of a high proportion of the total patient costs,has become the focus of the hospital medical cost control cost supervision.With the access to medical supplies,procurement and use of regulatory requirements are getting higher and higher,the patient's awareness of rights is getting stronger,the requirements of clean government construction is more and more prominent,rigorous,standardized medical supplies management needs the support of the supporting information system,the hospital's existing materials management information system transformation is urgent.This article intends to elaborate and analyze the problems faced by Nanning First People's Hospital in the process of building the supply-processing-distribution(SPD)supply chain management platform for medical consumables and the effect of operation,so as to provide a new reference model for the management of medical consumables in medical institutions in the new era.
