摘　　要：目的了解甘肃省卫生专业技术人员科研诚信知晓程度及学术不端态度状况,提出改进措施。方法采用自拟调查问卷对甘肃省多个医疗机构的1000多名医药护技人员进行问卷调查。结果仅0.91%的被调查者完全了解科研诚信义务和违约责任,对于完全了解哪些是科研学术不端行为的仅占3.90%,而有过抄袭文章行为的占36.71%。结论甘肃省卫生专业技术人员总体科研诚信意识薄弱及对学术不端行为态度不明确,应努力提升本省卫生专业技术人员科研诚信意识,健全科研诚信、学术道德管理制度,加强学术不端行为通报批评力度等改进措施。Objective To understand the awareness level of scientific integrity and academic misconduct attitude of health professionals in Gansu Province,and to put forward improvement measures.Methods A self designed questionnaire was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on more than 1000 medical and nursing personnel from multiple medical institutions in Gansu Province.Results Only 0.91%of respondents fully understand the research integrity obligations and breach of contract responsibilities,only 3.90%have a complete understanding of what constitutes academic misconduct in research,and 36.71%have committed plagiarism.Conclusion The health professionals in Gansu province have weak awareness of scientific research integrity and unclear attitude towards academic misconduct.Efforts should be made to improve the health professionals'awareness of scientific research integrity,improve the management system of scientific research integrity and academic ethics,and strengthen the intensity of reporting and criticizing academic misconduct.
