摘　　要：本文主要分析肿瘤内科住院患者常见的安全问题,提出强化核心管理制度、加强医护人员专业知识和技能培训、加强病房管理、完善规章制度、科学分配人财物资源等几个方面的针对性的管理措施,供参考。This article mainly analyzes the common safety issues of hospitalized patients in the oncology department,and proposes targeted management measures such as strengthening the core management system,strengthening professional knowledge and skill training for medical staff,strengthening ward management,improving rules and regulations,and scientifically allocating human and financial resources for reference.
