摘　　要：现代军用设备需要在各种严酷环境条件下工作,而某些器件与材料的参数受温度影响变化很大,成为设备的热设计难点。通过相关计算和ANSYS Icepak有限元热仿真分析发现,采用优异的保温材料、合理的热源布局和机箱风道对电路进行恒温处理,可使系统指标满足要求。Modern military equipment needs to work in a variety of harsh environmental conditions,and the parameters of some devices and materials change greatly under the influence of temperature,which becomes the difficulty of thermal design of equipment.Through the relevant calculation and ANSYS Icepak finite element thermal simulation analysis,using excellent thermal insulation materials,reasonable heat source layout and chassis air duct,the circuit constant temperature,so that the system indicators meet the requirements.
