摘  要:针对矿用电磁先导阀小推杆偏置设计回油腔阀芯卡滞失效的问题,在保留电磁先导阀原有结构优良性能的基础上,对阀芯组件、阀体关键部件进行结构优化,将侧推式顶杆结构优化为正推式梭杆球式结构。通过井下现场应用可知,优化后电磁先导阀的损坏率显著降低,更好地保障了液压支架的良好工作性能。In order to solve the problem of stuck oil return chamber valve core failure in the offset design of small push rod for mining electromagnetic pilot valves,improvements were made on the basis of retaining the excellent performance of the original structure of the electromagnetic pilot valve.The structure optimization of the valve core assembly and key components of the valve body was carried out,and the side push type push rod structure was optimized to the forward push type shuttle ball structure.At the same time,the damage rate of the optimized electromagnetic pilot valve is significantly reduced through downhole field application,thereby ensuring the good working performance of the hydraulic support.
