摘　　要：石墨制品具有多种优良性能,是军工和现代工业重要的战略资源,应用领域广泛。石墨制品加工过程中会产生大量粉尘、碎屑,严重影响工作环境,甚至会造成设备损坏,因此加工设备的密封防护至关重要。在传统加工中心基础上,设计开发一款石墨型立式加工中心,确定整机结构和布局方式,以解决加工过程中的粉尘和噪声问题。同时,对内防护、密封及隔音结构进行改进设计,使其具有全密封、清理方便、自动排屑以及安全环保等特点。Graphite products have a variety of excellent properties,is an important strategic resource in military industry and modern industry,a wide range of applications.In the process of processing graphite products,a lot of dust and debris will be produced,which will seriously affect the working environment and even cause equipment damage.Therefore,the sealing protection of processing equipment is very important.On the basis of traditional machining center,design and develop a graphite type vertical machining center,determine the structure and layout of the machine,in order to solve the problem of dust and noise in the process of processing.At the same time,the internal protection,sealing and sound insulation structure to improve the design,so that it has full sealing,easy cleaning,automatic chip removal and safety and environmental protection features.
