摘  要:改进设计一种岩性密度测井仪的推靠机构,介绍原推靠机构的工作原理并分析其在新的施工工艺背景下存在的风险。为提高工作可靠性和抗风险能力,在原推靠机构的基础上,把岩性密度探头尾端的平面改成锥面,并在尾端添加一个运动构件——连板,以限制岩性密度探头伸出主体骨架的距离。结果表明,改进结构能有效提高仪器工作的可靠性,保护岩性密度探头中放射性源的安全。An improved design of the push mechanism of a lithologic density logging tool is reported in this manuscript,which introduces the working principle of the original pushing mechanism and analyzes the risks existing in the new construction technology background.In order to improve the working reliability and anti risk ability,on the basis of the original pushing mechanism,the plane at the tail end of the lithologic density probe is changed into a cone,and a connecting plate is added at the tail end as a moving component.The connecting plate can limit the distance from the lithologic density probe to the main framework.The new structure can effectively improve the reliability of the instrument and protect the radioactive source in the lithologic density probe.
