摘  要:针对轻型航空航天部件轻量化的需求,提出基于反向传播-遗传算法(Back Propagation-Genetic Algorithm,BP-GA)算法的挠性接头结构优化方法。近似模型在满足角刚度作为约束条件的前提下,使挠性接头的体积最小化。结果表明,挠性接头的体积减小了23.16%,有效优化了细颈的体积。Aiming at the lightweight requirements of light aerospace components,a structural optimization method of flexible joint based on Back Propagation-Genetic Algorithm(BP-GA)algorithm was proposed.The approximate model minimizes the volume of flexible joints on the premise of satisfying the constraint condition of angular stiffness.The results show that the volume of flexible joint is reduced by 23.16%,which effectively optimizes the volume of thin neck.
