摘 要:在煤矿采煤机设备运行的过程中,齿轮机构对整个设备运行有着重要意义,因此得到了十分广泛的应用。但是,在设备运行时,齿轮传动受各种环境因素的影响,出现了多种失效形式,从而严重影响了煤矿采煤机的运行效率。基于此,主要对煤矿采煤机齿轮技术及其发展进行分析研究,阐述了常见的采煤机齿轮失效形式和失效原因,并提出了针对性的改进措施。最后,对采煤机传动齿轮技术的未来发展趋势进行了概括总结。In the process of coal mining machine equipment operation,gear mechanism has great significance to the whole equipment operation,so it has been widely used.However,when the equipment is running,the gear transmission is affected by various environmental factors,and a variety of failure forms appear,which seriously affects the operation efficiency of coal mining shearer.Based on this,the coal mining machine gear technology and its development are analyzed and studied,elaborated the common shearer gear failure forms and failure reasons,and put forward the targeted improvement measures.Finally,the future development trend of shearer transmission gear technology is summarized.
