摘 要:为有效解决输电线路工程项目钢管杆塔起吊施工利用卸扣吊装钢管杆塔法兰盘时卸扣扣体易于变形而存在较大安全风险的问题,在对钢管杆塔应用背景、钢管杆塔施工工艺开展相关研究,对钢管杆塔起重吊环设备进行创新与应用研究。分析目前广泛应用的卸扣吊装钢管杆塔法兰盘存在的弊端,提出全新钢管杆塔用便携式万向起重吊环设计方案,并分析应用效益,为我国电力企业提供参考,实现钢管杆塔用便携式万向起重吊环的推广与应用,降低安全风险,提升钢管杆塔起重施工质量。In order to effectively solve the problems of the buckle body deformation and greater safety risk in hoisting the flange plate of the steel pipe pole tower by using the buckle in the lifting construction of the steel pipe pole tower of the transmission line project,after the research on the application background and construction technology of steel tubular pole and tower,the innovation and application of lifting ring equipment of steel tubular pole and tower are studied.Based on the analysis of the disadvantages existing in the flange plate of the steel tubular pole and tower,a new design scheme of the portable universal lifting ring for the steel tubular pole and tower is put forward,and the application benefit is analyzed,it can provide reference for electric power enterprises in our country,and realize the popularization and application of the portable universal lifting rings for steel tube pole and tower,reduce the safety risk,and improve the lifting construction quality of steel tube pole and tower.
