摘 要:天线是雷达的核心组成部分,其反射面精度与雷达系统的性能密切相关,而反射面精度主要取决于天线结构的刚度和天线在极限载荷下不损坏时所具有的强度,因此对天线结构的力学刚强度分析尤为重要。以某雷达天线为例,从实际的技术指标出发,通过力学有限元分析得到天线在工作状态下的理论变形数据和极限载荷下的应力云图。根据理论变形数据,优化天线结构,使天线反射面精度满足刚度设计要求。根据极限载荷下的应力云图,分析得到天线结构满足强度设计要求。此外,对天线撑杆进行稳定性校核,进一步验证了天线结构性能良好。Antenna is the core component of radar,and the precision of its reflector is closely related to the performance of radar system.The precision of reflector mainly depends on the rigidity of antenna structure and the strength of antenna without damage under limit load.Therefore,the mechanical rigidity and strength analysis of antenna structure is particularly important.In the paper,taking a radar antenna as an example,starting from the actual technical indicators,the theoretical deformation data of the antenna under the working state and the stress nephogram under the limit load are obtained through the mechanical finite element analysis.According to the theoretical deformation data,the antenna structure is optimized design to meet the stiffness design requirements.According to the tress distribution graphs under the limit load,the antenna structure meets the design requirements.At the same time,the stability of the pole is checked.It further proves that the structure of the antenna is good.
