摘　　要：纸箱折叠码垛机是烟草制丝生产线上烟箱开包段的主要设备。FJ213型纸箱折叠码垛机拖箱装置,在夹箱和拖箱过程中常常因摩擦不平衡、夹具抓持力不足等产生纸箱拖偏卡箱或夹持脱落等现象,严重影响生产效率和质量。在原有拖箱装置夹紧机构的基础上,利用Workbench有限元仿真分析工具,应用新材料,创新设计夹具的结构和优化夹持方式,并在FJ213型纸箱折叠码垛机中成功应用,解决了该机型拖箱装置在夹箱和拖箱过程中出现的纸箱拉偏、卡箱以及夹持脱落等问题。Carton folding and palletifier is the main equipment of tobacco box opening section in tobacco silk production line.In the process of clamping and hauling boxes,FJ213 type carton folding and palletifier tow device often leads to the phenomenon of carton deflection or clamping off due to friction imbalance and insufficient gripping force,which seriously affects the production efficiency and quality.On the basis of the original clamping mechanism of the tow box device,using the Workbench finite element simulation analysis tool and the application of new materials,the structure of the innovative design of the fixture and the optimization of the clamping mode,and the successful application in FJ213 carton folding and palletifier.The problems such as carton deflection,carton clamping and gripper falling off occurred in the process of clamping and towing of the towing device of this model were solved.
