摘  要:针对珩磨机再制造中客户提出扩大最大珩孔直径的要求,按原珩磨机典型粗珩工况进行珩磨切削载荷分析计算,根据载荷大小判断原机床旋转运动、往复运动动力的符合程度,采用有限元软件,对机床主轴及其连接珩磨头的关键零件进行分析。比较扩参前后这些零件的应力、应变状况,判断其在扩参后再制造珩磨机中的可重用性,为企业生产决策提供参考依据。To meet the customers′requirement of expanding the maximum honing diameter in honing machine remanufacturing,the honing cutting load is analyzed and calculated according to the typical rough honing conditions of the original honing mill.Based on load size,the requirement confomity of rotating motion and reciprocating motion power of the original machine tool are judged.The finite element software is used to analyze the machine tool spindle and its key parts connected with the honing head.The stress and strain conditions of these parts before and after parameter expansion are compared to judge their reusability in remanufacturing honing machine after parameter expansion,which provides reference basis for enterprise production decision-making.
