摘 要:为验证某型轴悬式牵引电机强度是否满足设计要求,通过有限元前处理软件HyperMesh对其进行有限元建模,依据《TB/T 3548—2019机车车辆强度设计及试验鉴定规范总则》要求,对电机进行加载并确定计算工况;通过ANSYS软件计算分析该型电机的静强度,并依据BS 7608标准对其关键位置焊缝进行疲劳损伤评估,得出该型牵引电机结构强度满足设计要求的结论。针对疲劳损伤大的焊缝进行优化处理,为之后电机结构优化和改进设计提供理论依据。In order to verify whether the strength of a certain type of axle-mounted traction motor meets the design requirements,finite element modeling is carried out through the finite element pre-processing software HyperMesh.According to the requirements of“TB/T 3548—2019 General Rules for Strength Design and Test Appraisal of Locomotives and Rolling Stocks”,the motor is loaded and its calculation conditions are determined.The static strength of the motor is calculated and analyzed by ANSYS software,and in the light of BS 7608 standard,the fatigue damage of its key location welds is evaluated with the conclusion that the structural strength of the traction motor meets the design requirements.The weld seam with large fatigue damage is optimized,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent optimization and improvement of the motor structure.
