摘 要:为探究电网终端用户响应控制对精准切负荷下电网稳定的影响,解决负荷过切率波动过高和低负荷过切率问题,提出基于电网终端响应颗粒度的控制模型。该模型以电网终端下的用电用户为对象,从用户响应负荷粒度大小为着手点,利用电网终端需求降低待切终端的负荷粒度,通过算例分析和对比进行验证。结果表明,该方法能有效降低电网终端切负荷的频率波动与低负荷过切率,具有较高的实用性与可行性。In order to explore the influence of power grid end-user response control on the stability of the power grid under precise load cutting,solve the problems of excessive fluctuation of load overcut rate and low load overcut rate,a control model based on the granularity of power grid terminal response is proposed.The model targets the electricity users under the grid terminal.Starting from the size of the user′s response load,the load granularity of the terminal to be cut is reduced by using the power grid terminal demand,and verified by example analysis and comparison.The results show that this method can effectively reduce the frequency fluctuation and low load overcut rate of power grid terminal load cutting,and has high practicability and feasibility.
