摘 要:为解决配电网中辐射型线路的单相接地故障区段定位问题,对中性点经消弧线圈串/并联电阻接地电网中零序有功功率在非故障线路和故障线路区段的分布特点进行了分析,并给出了相应的表达式。在此基础上,提出了使用零序有功功率在辐射型配电网中定位单相接地故障所在线路区段的方法,并结合分析结果给出基于零序有功功率变化量的判据。该方法有明确的选择性,可在结构复杂的多分支、多段线路且没有装设自动调谐消弧线圈的配电网中进行单相接地故障定位,且对保护信息无时间同步要求,对保护系统通信性能要求低。仿真算例验证了该方法与判据的正确性。In order to solve the problem of locating the single-phase grounding fault section of radiating lines in the distribution network,the distribution characteristics of zero-sequence active power in non-fault lines and fault path line sections in the series/shunt resistance grounding grid with arc suppression coil at neutral point were analyzed,and the corresponding expressions were given.On this basis,a method of locating the line section where the single-phase ground fault was located in the radiated distribution network using zero-sequence active power was proposed.Combined with the analysis results,a criterion based on the zero-sequence active power variation was given.This method had clear selectivity,and could locate single-phase ground faults in the distribution network with complex multi-branch,multi-segment lines and no automatic tuning arc suppression coil,and there was no time synchronization requirement for the protection information,and the communication performance of the protection system was low.Simulation examples verified the correctness of the method and criterion.
