摘 要:针对110 kV输电线路发生断线时,现有的线路保护装置存在不能正确切除故障的问题,从110 kV输电线路的断线情况出发,对各种断线情况进行了理论分析,基于RTDS搭建了典型的仿真模型,对理论分析结果进行了仿真验证。提出了在现有的线路保护装置基础上增加断线保护功能的思路,设计了断线保护逻辑,结合RTDS仿真测试环境对断线保护功能进行了验证,结果证明该断线保护能在110 kV输电线路发生断线时立即切除故障。When the 110 kV transmission line is broken,the existing line protection device can′t correctly remove the fault.In order to solve this problem,based on the disconnection of 110 kV transmission line,various disconnection conditions are theoretically analyzed.A typical simulation model is built based on RTDS,and the theoretical analysis results are simulated and verified.The idea of adding line break protection function based on the existing line protection device is proposed,the line break protection logic is designed,and the line break protection function is verified in detail combined with RTDS simulation test environment.The results show that the line breaking protection can remove the fault immediately when the 110 kV transmission line is broken.
