摘  要:介绍2号发电机励端下半端盖定位销孔漏氢问题,从端盖密封胶注胶工艺、注胶工具和密封面缺陷等方面分析、查找漏氢产生原因,并根据分析结果优化端盖注胶工艺、改进注胶工具和维修注胶策略,最终彻底解决端盖漏氢问题。The hydrogen leakage problem of the lower end cover of the excitation end of the No.2 generator is introduced.The causes of hydrogen leakage are analyzed and found from the aspects of end cap sealant injection process,glue injection tools and sealing surface defects.According to the analysis results,the end cover injection process is optimized,the glue injection tool and maintenance glue injection strategy are improved,and the hydrogen leakage problem of the end cap is finally completely solved.
