摘 要:为了降低变电站焊接管母线作业的安全风险和成本,设计了一种集智能控制技术、多传感器信息融合技术、机器视觉、图像处理及人机接口技术、可编程技术于一体的管母线智能焊接平台。阐述了管母线智能焊接平台的设计原理和主要结构模块,设计并实现了装置的基本功能。设计的智能焊接平台可解决管母线焊接制作中的管母线机械起重搬运、自动平衡、对中就位焊接等问题,提升变电站施工效率和焊接质量,同时节约施工成本,降低现场作业的安全风险。To reduce the safety risk and cost of welding tube busbar in substation,an intelligent welding platform for tube busbar is designed,which integrates intelligent control technology,multi-sensor information fusion technology,machine vision,image processing,human-machine interface technology and programmable technology.The design principle and main structural modules of the tube busbar intelligent welding platform are expounded,and the basic functions of the device are designed and realized.The intelligent welding platform designed can solve the problems of lifting and handling,automatic balancing,centering and positioning welding of the tubular busbar in the process of tubular busbar welding,improve the construction efficiency and welding quality of the substation,save the construction cost and reduce the safety risk of on-site operation.
