摘　　要：水凝胶是一种具有三维网络结构的亲水性凝胶。温敏性水凝胶是智能水凝胶中研究最为广泛的,其能够对环境中微小的温度变化而作出响应。本文概述了温敏性水凝胶在生物医用方面的应用,将温敏性水凝胶分为天然高分子类水凝胶和合成高分子类水凝胶,分析了温敏水凝胶的应用范围,包括药物传输、创伤修复和药物释控等。此外,对于温敏性水凝胶在生物医用材料方向的研究进行了展望。Hydrogel is a hydrophilic gel with a three-dimensional network structure.Temperature-sensitive hydrogels are the most widely studied smart hydrogels,which can respond to small temperature changes in the environment.The research on temperature-sensitive hydrogels in biomedical applications was summarized,temperature-sensitive hydrogels was divided into natural polymer hydrogels and synthetic polymer hydrogels,and the application scope of temperature-sensitive hydrogels were analyzed,including drug delivery,wound repair,and drug release control.In addition,the research on temperature-sensitive hydrogels in the direction of biomedical materials was prospected.
