摘 要:主要研究含铬废盐酸溶液加圈铁耗酸沉铬,考察铬浓度、铁用量、反应温度及陈化方式对氢氧化铬溶解性能的影响。通过控制溶液中铬浓度、反应温度、圈铁的添加量及氢氧化铬沉出后的不同处理方式,得到易溶于酸的氢氧化铬,降低了使用氢氧化铬生产氯化铬、硫酸铬的难度,并且比传统生产硫酸铬、氯化铬的工艺节省能耗。通过实验得出:在溶液铬浓度为0.5%,圈铁加入量为250 g,反应温度为85℃条件下,制得的氢氧化铬溶解性效果较好。The effects of chromium concentration,amount of iron,reaction temperature and aging mode on the solubility of chromium hydroxide were investigated.By controlling chromium concentration in solution,reaction temperature,adding amount of ring iron and different treatment methods after chromium hydroxide precipitation,chromium hydroxide easily soluble in acid was obtained,which reduced the difficulty of producing chromium chloride and chromium sulfate with chromium hydroxide and saved energy consumption compared with the traditional production process of chromium sulfate and chromium chloride.The results showed that the solubility of chromium hydroxide was better under the conditions of 0.5% chromium concentration,250g ferric addition and 85℃ reaction temperature.
