摘  要:主要以厚朴为研究对象,采用超声波提取法,超高效液相色谱法测定厚朴酚的含量。在单因素试验基础上,进行正交试验。结果表明,厚朴酚在0.05~0.10 mg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系。厚朴酚的最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇体积分数80%、料液比1∶20(g/mL)、超声功率280 W、超声时间20 min、超声温度70℃。在此工艺条件下,厚朴中厚朴酚的提取率为0.5953%。实验对厚朴中厚朴酚含量的测定具有参考价值。The content of magnolol was mainly determined by ultrasonic extraction and UPLC with Magnolia officinalis as the research object.On the basis of single factor experiment,orthogonal experiment was conducted.The results showed that magnolol had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.05~0.10 mg/mL.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration was 80%,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶20(g/mL),ultrasonic power was 280 W,ultrasonic time was 20 min and ultrasonic temperature was 70℃.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of magnolol was 0.5953%.The experiment had reference value for the determination of magnolol content in Magnolia officinalis.
