摘 要:电厂大修期间经常使用含有一定浓度的氨和联氨保养液对蒸汽发生器进行保养。实验室对保养液中联氨浓度进行分析时发现,随着保养液样品放置的时间增加,分析结果逐渐减小。实验发现蒸汽发生器保养液样品中的Cu、Fe和蒸汽发生器(SG)沉渣会催化联氨分解,造成联氨浓度的持续降低。因此,对蒸汽发生器保养液联氨的分析需及时进行,若不能及时分析则需要加酸储存,以保证后续对保养液中联氨分析结果的准确性。During power plant overhaul,maintenance fluid containing ammonia and hydrazine of certain concentration is often used to maintain steam generator(SG).When analyzing the hydrazine concentration in the maintenance fluid in the laboratory,it was found that the concentration of hydrazine gradually decreased with the increase of the storage time of the maintenance fluid sample.It was found that Cu,Fe and steam generator sediment in steam generator maintenance fluid samples could catalyze hydrazine decomposition,resulting in the continuous reduction of hydrazine concentration.Therefore,the analysis of hydrazine in the maintenance fluid of steam generator should be carried out in time.If it cannot be analyzed in time,acid should be added for storage.
