自动电位滴定法测定轻质油品中碱性氮的方法改进

摘　　要：对自动电位滴定法测定汽油、柴油以及航煤等轻质油品中碱性氮含量的方法(NB/SH/T 0980-2019)进行改进。改进后该方法用于分析实际复杂样品时,滴定终点判断的准确性明显提高,整体分析时间大大缩短。不仅提高了分析效率,同时减少了作为核查手段的手动法(SH/T 0162-92)的使用频率,从而减少了有毒有害试剂的使用,保护了分析人员的身体健康,减少了环境的污染,也加快了分析结果的报出时间。The automatic potentionmetric titration method(NB/SH/T 0980-2019)for the determanation of basic nitrogenn compounds in light oil products such as gasoline,diesel oil and aviation kerosene was improved.When the improved method was used to analyze actual complex samples,the accuracy of titration endpiont judgment was significantly improved,the overall analysis time was greatly shortened,and the analysis ifficiency was not only improved.At the same time,the use frequency of manual method(SH/T 0162-92)as a verfication means was reduced,thus reducing the use of toxic and harmful reagents,protecting the health of analysts,reducing environment pollution,and speeding up the reporting time of analysis results.
