摘  要:微波合成法经一步合成了丙三醇碳量子点(CDs),该CDs的荧光激发波长在360 nm,发射在440 nm,通过不同性金属离子和药物分子选择性荧光猝灭测定,芦丁显示出较高选择识别性,且芦丁浓度在2×10-5~1×10-4mol/L之间呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为4.4×10-6mol/L。方法应用于涿州东乐制药有限公司、华纳大药厂的银杏叶片黄酮含量,同时测定两种样品加标回收率和RSD,结果满意。Glycerol CDs were synthesized in one step by the microwave method.The synthesized CDs had fluorescent excitation wavelength of 360 nm and an emission of 440 nm.Fluorescence quenching determination showed that the rutin present high selective recognition by different metal ions and drug molecules,and the rutin concentration showed a good linear relationship between 2×10^(-5)~1×10^(-4) mol/L,and the detection limit was 4.4×10^(-6) mol/L.The method was applied to check the flavonoid content of Ginkgo leaves tablet of Zhuozhou Dongle Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,and Warner Pharmaceutical Factory.The recovery rate and RSD of two samples and the results were satisfactory.
