摘  要:按照GB/T23986-2009《色漆和清漆挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量的测定气相色谱法》标准检测水性内墙涂料中的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量和GB/T 23993-2009 《水性涂料中甲醛含量的测定乙酰丙酮分光光度法》甲醛含量的不确定度主要来源因素:样品称量、挥发物的测定和比重的测定,并对这些分量进行了量化计算,可知影响水性内墙涂料中的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量和甲醛含量的不确定度的主要因素是样品称量不确定度。Accordance to with GB/T 23986-2009 Paints and Varnishes,Volatile Organic Compounds(VOC)Content Determination,Gas Chromatography the content of VOC of in water-based interior wall paint was determined,and according to GB/T 23993-2009 Water-based Paint Formaldehyde Content Determination,Acetylacetone Spectrophotometer,formaldehyde content uncertainty of the three main sources,sample weighing,volatile matter determination and specific gravity determination,was discussed.The results showed that the main factor affecting the uncertainty of volatile organic compounds(VOC)and formaldehyde content in water-borne interior wall coatings was the uncertainty of sample weighing.
