乳化炸药高温化学发泡剂配方的研究

摘  要:为了研究促进剂含量对高温乳化炸药生产线乳化炸药发泡效果和性能的影响,对亚硝酸钠敏化发泡剂配方进行了研究,最终确定出适合生产条件的高温化学发泡剂配方:亚硝酸钠20%,促进剂25%,水55%。生产的乳化炸药药卷在外观、密度、爆速和储存期性能等方面均符合《工业炸药通用技术条件》(GB28286-2012)要求,并且有效降低了发泡剂成本,满足实际生产要求。In order to study the effect of accelerator content on foaming effect and performance of emulsion explosive in high temperature emulsion explosive production line,the formula of sodium nitrite sensitized foaming agent was studied.The formula of high temperature chemical foaming agent suitable for production conditions was finally determined as follows:sodium nitrite 20%,accelerator 25%,water 55%.Production of emulsion explosive cartridge in appearance,density,detonation velocity and storage period conformed to General Technical Conditions for Industrial Explosives(GB28286-2012),the cost of foaming agent was effectively reduced and the requirement of practical production was satisfied.
