摘  要:采用碱熔消解法对铝灰渣进行前处理,使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测定铝灰渣中的铝元素含量。通过实验结果分析,铝元素的质量浓度与特征强度具有良好的线性关系,其线性相关系数R2为1.0000,检出限为0.006%,检出下限为0.024%,精密度(相对标准偏差RSD)为0.9%~3.2%,正确度(相对误差RE)为0.4%~2.0%。该方法操作简单,检出限低,精密度好,正确度高,可用于测定铝灰渣中铝元素含量分析。Alkaline fusion digestion was used to decompose aluminum-slag,and the aluminum content in the aluminum-slag was determined by ICP-OES.The results showed that the mass concentration of aluminum element was a good linear relationship with the characteristic intensity.The linearly dependent coefficient was 1.0000,the method detection limit was 0.006%,the minimum quantitative detection limit was 0.024%,the precision(Relative Standard Deviation)was 0.9%~3.2%,and the trueness(Relative Error)was 0.4%~2.0%.The method was simple to operate,had lower detection limit and good precision and high accuracy,and could be used for the analysis of the content of aluminum in aluminum-slag.
