摘  要:研究生教育处在开放和动态交互的复杂环境体系中。对具有一定行业交叉背景的学科,类别上的明确划分,容易造成人才培养目标达成度上的不确定性。本文以我校化学工程与技术学科为例,主要探索在“科研+资本”的评价体系下,凸出学校、学科的行业交叉特色背景,通过学生律己精神养成和学业头雁效应,提升学生心理自信,推动特色院校化工学科研究生教育回归“科研+创新文化”主流价值,解决化学工程与技术学科研究生教育面临的共性问题。Graduate education is in an open and dynamic interactive complex environment system.A clear division of disciplines on a cross disciplinary background can easily lead to uncertainty in the goal of talent training.Taking Chemical Engineering and Technology discipline of our university as an example,it was mainly explored that under the evaluation system of“scientific research+capital”,small disciplines highlighted the field cross characteristic background of schools and disciplines,students psychological self-confidence was improved through the cultivation of students self-discipline spirit and academic head goose effect,the primary and secondary discipline graduate education in characteristic colleges to return to the mainstream value of“scientific research+innovation culture”was promoted,and the common problems faced by graduate education in chemical engineering and technology was solved.
