摘  要:基于现有覆盖件夹料翻边应用经验,提出了夹料翻边工艺设计要点及模具结构优化设计;结合模拟分析及方案对比验证,制定外覆盖件夹料翻边的工艺设计要求及模具结构设计标准化。项目开发过程中识别翻边面品质改进效果,总结积累经验指导后期设计提升。Based on the experience of clamping flanging for covering parts,the paper puts forward the main points of clamping flanging process design and die structure improvement design.In combination with simulation analysis and scheme comparison verification,the process design requirements and die structural design standardization of clamping flanging of outer covering parts were established.During the project development,it needs to dentify the flanging surface quality improvement effect and summarize accumulated experience to guide the design improvement.
