摘　　要：通过对双层密封圈塑胶防盗瓶盖的分析,采用简便可靠的多次顶出方式完成多重倒扣的脱模。从分型面装拆的镶件设计,降低维修成本的同时省去了传统做法中需要从下固定板拆模的繁琐工作,实现了模具在注塑机上直接更换零件,操作更简便。同时也节约的宝贵的时间,提升企业的竞争力和生产效益。Based on the analysis of the double sealing ring plastic anti-theft bottle cover,a simple and reliable way of multiple ejection is adopted to complete the multiple reverse release.The insert design which is assembled and disassembled from the parting surface reduces the maintenance cost and greatly saves the tedious work which needs to be removed from the lower fixed plate in the traditional practice.It realizes the direct replacement of parts in the injection molding machine and the operation is more convenient.At the same time also save the precious time,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and production efficiency.
