摘  要:针对以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为主要原料的汽车前照灯灯罩塑件,将该灯罩塑件翘曲变形量作为研究对象,通过SolidWorks软件建立汽车前照灯灯罩的三维模型,利用MoldFlow软件进行浇口位置选择并模拟塑件注塑生产时的过程,在试验范围内探讨熔体温度、注射时间、注射压力、保压时间、保压压力以及冷却时间共6个试验因素对翘曲变形量的影响显著性,采用MoldFlow、正交试验与极差分析相结合的方法,分析得出优化后的最佳工艺参数组合和对应的最小翘曲变形量,为实际生产加工时工艺参数设定提供理论指导。Aiming at the plastic parts of automobile headlight cover with polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)as the main raw material,the warping deformation of the plastic parts was taken as the research object,the three-dimensional model of automobile headlight cover was established by using SolidWorks software,and the gate location was selected by using MoldFlow software and the process of plastic molding was simulated.The influence significance of six test factors,melt temperature,injection time,injection pressure,pressure holding time,pressure holding pressure and cooling time,on the warpage deformation was explored within the test range.The optimal process parameter combination and corresponding minimum warpage deformation were analyzed by combining MoldFlow,orthogonal test and range analysis.It provides theoretical guidance for the process parameter setting in actual production and processing.
