摘　　要：通过为各车型制造冲压件模具积累的经验,提出了基于首次冲出样件后的尺寸精度提升策略,在保证常规冲压工艺及调试方法的前提下,使用尺寸精度提升策略进行冲压零件的合格率提升。通过实际应用验证,结果表明,此策略可提升冲压件合格率至90%以上。Based on the experience of manufacturing stamping parts die for various models,this paper proposes a dimensional accuracy improvement strategy based on the first punch out of the sample.Under the premise of ensuring the conventional stamping process and try out methods,the dimensional accuracy improvement strategy is used to achieve the pass rate of stamping parts promote.Through practical application verification,the results show that this strategy can increase the pass rate of stamping parts to more than 90%.
