摘　　要：20CrMnTi是系列是低碳合金钢,具有较高的机械性能,且渗碳速度较快,过渡层较均匀,根据钢种的这些特性开展工作,通常为含碳量为0.17%~0.24%的低碳钢,汽车上多用其制造传动齿轮,是中淬透性渗碳钢中CrMnTi钢,其淬透性较高,在保证淬透性况下,特别是具有较高的低温冲击韧性。20CrMnTi表面渗碳硬化处理用钢,良好的加工性,加工变形微小,抗疲劳性能相当好。主要用途有:用于轴类,活塞类零配件以及汽车,飞机各种特殊零件部位。20CrMnTi is a series of low carbon alloy steel with high mechanical properties,high carburizing speed and uniform transition layer.Usually low carbon steel with 0.17%~0.24%carbon content.It is a medium hardenability carburized steel,which has high hardenability,especially high low temperature impact toughness under the condition of guaranteeing hardenability.20CrMnTi steel for surface carburizing and hardening treatment.Good machinability,small machining deformation,anti-fatigue performance is quite good.The main uses are:for shaft,piston parts and automotive,aircraft parts of various special parts.
