摘　　要：本文主要阐述了LCD液晶屏切割生产线中剥饵料机构的设计与应用。对应经切割后的单片液晶屏的饵料处理方式,通过分析现有结构的原理,在现有工艺无法达到更好良率的基础上,设计出可以满足生产需求的剥饵料机构。此机构使用范围更广,能够更有效地去除液晶屏的饵料,已经被广泛应用于实际生产中。This paper mainly describes the design and application of strip bait mechanism in LCD screen cutting production line.According to the bait treatment method of the cut mono-lithic LCD panel,through the analysis of the principle of the existing structure,on the basis of the existing technology can not achieve better yield,design can meet the production demand of the bait stripping mechanism.This mechanism is more widely used,can more effectively re-move the bait of the LCD screen,has been widely used in the actual production.
