摘　　要：汽车加工制造业是我国高速发展的一项重要推动力量,现如今已成为我国工业行业至关重要的部分,且在技术水准层面仍在不断发展。然而在汽车加工制造业中重要一环的汽车冲压检具设计制造技术方面,我国的设计加工工艺层面仍然存有诸多问题。汽车冲压检具的设计制造质量,对现代汽车冲压技术的高速发展发挥着极其重要的影响,并对技术加工工艺开展分析十分重要。本文阐述了汽车冲压零件检具在设计、生产加工、检验及其内置外型处理过程中的重要技术方式和方法,强调研究与开发更加全方位的检具设计技术,对融入高速发展的汽车市场的需求起着至关重要的作用。The automobile processing and manufacturing industry is an important driving force for China′s rapid development.Now it has become a vital part of China′s industrial industry,and it is still developing at the technical level.However,there are still many problems in the design and manufacturing technology of the automobile stamping inspection tool,which is an important part of the automobile manufacturing industry.The design and manufacturing quality of automobile stamping inspection tools plays an extremely important role in the rapid develop-ment of modern automobile stamping technology,and it is very important to analyze the techni-cal processing technology.This paper describes the important technical ways and methods of the inspection fixture for automobile stamping parts in the process of design,production,pro-cessing,inspection and internal appearance treatment,and emphasizes that the research and de-velopment of a more comprehensive inspection fixture design technology plays a vital role in meeting the needs of the rapidly developing automobile market.
