摘  要:在某型号锥型薄壁壳体加工中,易造成装夹变形,导致前端内圆锥孔尺寸超差,舱体悬伸长,装夹方式不可靠,加工颤振,加工的表面质量差,车刀旋伸长,加工刚性差,加工工艺复杂、繁琐,生产周期长等问题。为提高生产效率和产品合格率,通过设计一种用于锥形薄壁舱体装夹的装置,改变装夹方式,直接进行前端内圆锥孔及内端面密封槽的加工。In the processing of a certain type of tapered thin-walled shell,it is easy to cause clamping deformation,resulting in the oversize of the tapered hole in the front end,the over-hang of the cabin,unreliable clamping methods,machining chatter,poor surface quality,lathe tool elongation,poor machining rigidity,cumbersome overall processing steps,and low machin-ing efficiency.In order to improve production efficiency and product qualification rate,a device for clamping conical thin-walled cabins is designed to change the clamping method and di-rectly process the inner conical hole and sealing groove at the front end.
