摘 要:随着时代的发展我国综合国力稳定提升,煤炭行业也飞速发展,煤炭开采规模、数量与日俱增,针对煤炭开采过程中遇到的实际问题,国家制定一系列发展目标和实施策略。尤其是煤炭开采过程中的采掘失衡问题,要求煤矿掘进机向更智能化、自动化方向发展。为实现这一目标,进一步提升裁割煤矸工作效率,研究出一种悬臂式掘进机煤矸智能截割控制系统。基于此,本文从煤矸智能截割系统原理出发,对这种悬臂式掘进机煤矸智能截割控制系统与方法展开详细探讨,并进行具体验证,以供相关人员参考。With the development of the times,China′s comprehensive national strength has steadily improved,and the coal industry has also developed rapidly.The scale and quantity of coal mining are increasing day by day.In response to the actual problems encountered in the process of coal mining,the country has formulated a series of development goals and implemen-tation strategies.In particular,the imbalance between mining and excavation in the process of coal mining requires the development of coal mine boring machines in a more intelligent and automated direction.In order to achieve this goal and further improve the efficiency of coal gangue cutting,an intelligent coal gangue cutting control system for a cantilever roadheader was developed.Based on this,this article starts from the principle of intelligent coal gangue cutting system,discusses in detail the intelligent coal gangue cutting control system and method of this cantilever roadheader,and conducts specific verification for reference by relevant personnel.
