浅谈板式家具连接件及其辅助加工方式

摘　　要：连接件的性能决定了家具的结构强度,是板式家具的重要零件。连接件的辅助加工方式决定了家具的生产制造效率以及所需的木工机械设备成本和人工成本。本文以了几种常见的板式家具连接件,如三合一连接件、层板销等其他五金连接件为讨论对象。总结和分类现阶段板式家具典型的连接件,按照连接方式将连接件分为“L”型连接、“T”型连接、“∠”型连接“—”型连接等;并分析连接件使用的便捷性、效率、成本,辅助加工的可操作性,探讨家具适合的连接件。The performance of connectors determines the structural strength of furniture and is an important part of panel furniture.The auxiliary processing mode of the connecting piece de-termines the production and manufacturing efficiency of the furniture as well as the required woodworking machinery and equipment costs and labor costs.This paper discusses several com-mon panel furniture connectors,such as three-in-one connectors,laminated pins and other hardware connectors.Summarize and classify the typical connectors of panel furniture at this stage,and divide the connectors into"L"type connection,"T"type connection,"∠"type con-nection and"-"type connection according to the connection mode;It also analyzes the conve-nience,efficiency,cost and operability of auxiliary processing of connectors,and discusses the suitable connectors for furniture.
