摘　　要：PVB树脂是一种市场需求旺盛却主要依赖进口的产品。本研究主要通过改变PVB树脂合成过程中反应温度、PVA溶液浓度、搅拌速度等条件对树脂的影响进行了研究,并通过树脂的羟基值、颗粒度、黏度进行了表征,分析其对PVB树脂的影响,为PVB树脂合成工艺参数进步提供参考。PVB resin is a kind of product with strong market demand but mainly depends on import.This study researched on the influence in the process of PVB resin synthesis mainly by changing the reaction temperature,concentration of PVA solution and stirring speed.We tested the hydroxyl value of resin,particle size,viscosity of the characterization,analyzed the influence on PVB resin through the data to provide a reference for PVB resin synthesis process parameters.
