摘 要:透明导电材料作为光电领域的核心材料,引发了广泛的关注与研究。传统的ITO材料因为其相对较低的导电性以及脆性,无法满足新一代器件的需求。纳米银线作为新一代革新性透明导电材料,被认为具有巨大的潜力。本文针对涂布型工艺,制备了基于纳米银线/PEDOT:PSS复合材料导电水性墨水,并成功制备了相应的透明导电膜。研究了导电墨水各个组分对于导电膜性能的影响,最终得到的透明导电膜表观良好,且在方阻16Ω/s q的高导电性下同时具有高达88.5%的透过率,并且在弯折2000次后仍具有良好的导电性能。Transparent conductive materials,as the key materials in the field of optoelectronics,have attracted extensive attention and research.Traditional ITO material cannot meet the demand of the new generation of devices because of its relatively low conductivity and brittleness.As a new generation of innovative transparent conductive materials,silver nanowires are considered to have great potential.In this paper,conductive water-based ink based on silver nanowires/PEDOT:PSS composite material was prepared,and the corresponding transparent conductive film was successfully prepared.The effect of various components of conductive ink on the conductive film performance was studied.The transparent conductive film obtained was good in appearance and showed 90.6%transmittance under the high conductivity of 18Ω/sq.Moreover,it still had good conductive performance after 5000 bending test.
