摘　　要：地方高校专业硕士研究生教育不同程度地存在着思想观念陈旧、教学科研相脱离、评价标准失当和评估监控机构制度不健全等方面的问题,而本科中心的观念定式、科研能力不足、缺少独立完善的教学质量评估与监控机制等是具有一定共性特征的常见原因。地方高校当务之急是更新教学理念,建立素质高、专业强的督导队伍,完善评估标准,建立“三级多层评控”机制,为提高教学质量提供支持和保障。Problems are exist in the proffessional master education in local colleges and universities,such as outdated ideas,separation from scientific research,improper evaluation standards,unsound evaluation and monitoring institutions,imperfect system and so on.The common reasons with certain common characteristics are the concept of“undergraduate center”which lack of scientific research ability,independent and perfect teaching quality evaluation and monitoring mechanism.It is urgent for local colleges and universities to renew their teaching ideas,to establish a high-quality and professional supervision team,and to improve the evaluation standards and establish a“three-level and multi-level evaluation and control”mechanism to provide support and guarantee for improving teaching quality.
