摘　　要：为推动第三产业结构转型升级、就业资源优化配置,从协调性和时滞性两个维度研究我国第三产业结构与就业结构的协调关系。首先观察2010—2019年第三产业结构和就业结构的变化趋势,发现在第三产业内,各行业的产值比重以及就业比重呈增长趋势;然后借助结构偏离度以及协调系数两个指标分析,发现批发和零售业对国内经济增长与缓解就业问题做出的贡献较大,且第三产业整体的就业结构与产业结构协调度较高,但是协调度逐渐下降;接着基于Moore指数法和灰色关联分析法分析,发现我国第三产业的就业结构变化滞后于产业结构变化4年。根据研究发现,建议传统行业加快数字化转型,加强职业教育,积极促进科技创新型企业发展。In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of the tertiary industry structure and optimize the allocation of employment resources,this paper studies the coordination relationship between Chinese tertiary industry structure and employment structure from two dimensions-coordination and time lag.Firstly,observing the changing trend of the tertiary industry structure and employment structure from 2010 to 2019,it is found that in the tertiary industry,the proportion of output value and employment of each industry is increasing.Then,with the help of the two indicators of structural deviation and coordination coefficient,it is observed that wholesale and the retail industry has made a great contribution to the domestic economic growth and alleviation of employment problems,and the overall employment structure of the tertiary industry has a high degree of coordination with the industrial structure,but the degree of coordination has gradually declined.It is noted that the employment structure change of Chinese tertiary industry lags behind the industrial structure change by 4 years.According to the research findings,it is recommended to digitally transform traditional industries,strengthen vocational education,and actively promote the development of technologically innovative enterprises.
