语言与跨文化人才培养对“一带一路”贸易畅通影响的研究述评

摘  要:“一带一路”倡议是我国在百年未有之大变局中,推动形成全面开放新格局的重要举措之一,其中制度因素的影响已成为相关领域的研究重点。作为非正式制度的语言因素,在“一带一路”沿线语种多样的现实背景下,对中国与沿线各国高质量共建“一带一路”的阻碍作用明显,亟需扩大跨文化人才培养规模,通过弥合语言差异推进“一带一路”贸易畅通目标的实现。因此,从语言的经济效应、跨文化人才培养的语言差异弥合效应及“一带一路”沿线贸易的制度影响三方面分别梳理了现有文献,并在此基础之上展望未来研究可对有序开拓沿线市场、构建汉语国际传播新路径形成有效启示。The“Belt and Road”initiative is one of the important measures to promote the formation of a new pattern of comprehensive opening up in China in the unprecedented change in a century.The impact of institutional factors has become the focus of research in related fields.As the language factor of the informal system,under the realistic background of the diversity of languages along the“Belt and Road”,it has obviously hindered the high-quality co-construction of the“Belt and Road”between China and countries along the“Belt and Road”.It is urgent to expand the scale of cross-cultural talent training,and promote the realization of the goal of unimpeded trade along the“Belt and Road”by bridging language differences.Therefore,this paper combs the existing literature from three aspects:the economic effect of language,the bridging effect of language differences in cross-cultural talent training,and the institutional impact of trade along the“Belt and Road”,and on this basis,looks forward to the effective enlightenment of future research on orderly opening up markets along the road and building a new path for the international dissemination of Chinese.
