摘　　要：色谱瓶的清洗对实验室有机物分析至关重要,清洗不干净会影响样品的检测。基于此,根据玻璃影响因素分类,结合实验项目分析情况,采用马弗炉升温烘烤去除色谱瓶中残留的有机污染物。该方法绿色环保,对色谱样品瓶中挥发性有机物(VOCs)、半挥发性有机物(SVOCs)有很好的去除效果,洁净程度符合要求,清洗操作简单、高效经济。The cleaning of the chromatographic bottle is very important for the analysis of organic compounds in the laboratory.If it is not cleaned properly,it will affect the detection of samples.On this basis,according to the classification of glass influencing factors,combined with the analysis of experimental items,the residual organic pollutants in the chromatographic sample bottle are removed by Muffle furnace heating and baking.This method is green and environmentally friendly,and has a good effect on removing volatile organic compounds(VOCs)and semi-volatile organic compounds(SVOCs)in chromatographic sample bottles.The degree of cleanliness meets the requirements,and the cleaning operation is simple,efficient and economical.
